The site brochure seems to recommend that the front end of the awning is pegged into the grass. I asked if we could park the vehicle on the hard standing and put the awning on the grass and thought I was told yes. But I suppose that it depends on the individual pitch.

No Ray I'm not bothered - not been beaten yet :shock:

But I thought rock pegs were made of rock - like crystal glasses. Amazing what you learn on the forum. :lol: :lol:

We are going to cancel our trip to Callow Top as we have just sold our Bongo owing to health reasons. Hope you all have a good time. :(
