Top hose usually means the big top hose exiting drivers side top of engine going forward & down to the metal pipe & on to the rad, the "stat to head" pipe on the factsheet (hadn't realised that'd been done) is the bypass/recirc from the head into the top of the stat, a short, smaller bore hose in a sort of c shape - 15 261 on the diagrams.MountainGoat wrote:Thanks Kirsty, I just want to be 100% sure as to what I am buying to avoid wasting my hard earned cash. That factsheet only shows 2 of the schematics, which doesn't cover all the hoses/pipes if you check, you need all 5 schematics courtesy of lushprojects in the above linked thread to see them all, no point showing half the system IMO. The verbal bit is misleading on that factsheet, there are 17 hoses in all, they are all part of the heating/cooling system which is all interconnected & all just as important as each other. Don't particularly want my name associated with an incomplete factsheet, can't remember having input on it. Sorry to sound a grump, but it's going to confuse & mislead people if it isn't right.
