Hi all,
We are expecting a baby and went to try our group 0+ car seat in our new bongo today. The car seat is part of a travel system pram so we were really hoping it would fit. It seems to be okay as the buckle is sitting away from the base of the seat; but can anyone confirm this look okay for us?
Its a Cybex Aton that goes with the Mamas and Papas Sola pram travel system.

Thanks for your help.

TBH it looks as if you do not have the belt/seat installed correctly. The belt should be fully into the..belt holder/groove thingy..and not folded or twisted.
Which Bongo seat are you using for the child seat? 3 point seat belt or lap belt?
regards
Wayne
p.s. I sell car seats & pushchairs

I shortened the lap belt (buckle end) by reversing the bracket under the seat & looping belt once around under seat bar

Thanks for your replies. ts the three point belt on the middle row of seats that we're using. It was the assistant in Mamas and Papas that fitted it; I agree it could have been fitted better. I think though that if I pulled the belt back so it was in the groove thingy the buckle still wouldnt be touching the seat, so if thats the case this would be okay?

Hi, yes the belt should be fully into the grove. check the manual/side of seat instructions, most show point of "buckle crunch" & how to install correctly.

If the belt requires shortening you can use method as mentioned in a post above or get the belt shortened with
