Re: Knit & Natter/Stitch & Bitch!
Loved the fact the newsletter said knit and natter and left out the stitch and bitch bit To be fair it really was a knit and natter rather than a stitch and bitch. It was fun and think it should be done next year again. Also think Steph should sell her cardi's and jumpers as they're truly amazing. Was funny to see so many of them at the bash. I feel very privileged to have one Apparently there are 12 of them now.
I love cheese!

Does anyone know if Steph takes orders for her cardi's, I would love one, how do I get in touch with her? I know I can knit myself but I don't want to copy her idea, and she does it so much better than I probably could.umbongocat wrote: Also think Steph should sell her cardi's and jumpers as they're truly amazing. Does that mean she is doing one for you Ady? and you don't want her to do mine first. I will have a look for her and add my name to her list if she will let me

Thanks for supporting this - I was concerned I may have ended up sat on my lonesome but no fears - it was really good to find all the 'hidden talents' amongst the bongonauts - I'm proud to say that now there are at least two more left handed crocheters out there!!! This event has got to happen again next year and perhaps grow - It was such a lovely and friendly gathering!

He sells the kits to make your own or can make them up to order either with a whistle or just a standard buckle.

Re: Knit & Natter/Stitch & Bitch!
I really enjoyed the knit and natter, thank you so much to (not at all) evil edna for the needles, driver with passengers..lady.. for the chat and teaching my boy to knit...and reminding me
It was great to see such a mix of people in the marquee
Definitely need to make more use of it next year
Perhaps beforehand there could be a post asking who has anything they want to do, crafts for kids, knit and natter, I do reflexology and I bet there's loads more people who have ideas
One thing though as suggested by bongobaz, a board with times of stuff going on would be good, lots of people seemed lost as to what was going on and where to go.
