Royal traveller awning

Post by montydog » Thu Aug 23, 2012 8:56 am

Hello, first post so apologies if in wrong place. I am off to Dorset next week and for the first time will be using Royal traveller annexe. I have pitched in garden but does anyone have any tips on pitching on hard standing (next to grass) and attaching to van?

All advice welcomed :D

Hello, I bought this annexe second hand last year when we started Bongoing. Not overly impressed by it so am buying an Outwell Country Road annexe soon. I have pitched up in France on a hardstanding using hard ground pegs which are a lot thicker. We attach the tunnel attachment using the figure of 8 method. Watch out for gutter paintwork damage from regular use : )
