Leisure battery

Post by Mum2Fergus » Tue Sep 11, 2012 9:30 pm

So while I contemplate the detail of Ollys conversion, Im considering having leisure battery put in. Can internal lights, 12v socket be linked to leisure instead of main battery? Not huge use - recharging, cooler, etc.

What else do you run off your LB?!

Some modify the original system so that things like the lecky blinds and car radio are wired into the leisure battery so the key does not have to left in the ignition switch / accessory position to use them ..

Its normal to switch over the Radio and Cigarette lighters, Blinds, internal Lights etc from the original. The easiest way is to get a Willinton kit from Ebay, drop him an email with details and he will list a suitable kit - http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/willinton/m.html
