We're back in action.
She is a '97' 2WD Auto with a face lift front end, her rear looks old style.
Photos to follow. Already re-fitted the BMW clock, digital temp gauge, white dials, coolant, and mason alarms from the old one. Done a coolant change. Just needs a oil and fuel filter change etc, oh and to fit a towbar, and a flush fitting rear fog light, again I'll borrow from the old one, don't like the dangly on the new one.
For the coolant level alarm I swapped the header tanks around, saving me from having to drill into the new one!!! Once I get a few wheels sorted I can take my winter tyres/alloys off the old one. ready to sell her for spares/repairs but wish I had room to keep her.
I have a front prop shaft up for grabs for a 4WD, F.O.C, (could take to the Scottish bash.) I got it F.O.C from Harry a few years ago, but had no use for it.......and won't now!!
Bongoing again.

So the Fly Fishing at Gairloch is definitely on Donald. Don't forget to send me a list of the Bongo bits and pieces you need so I can have a look through my left over Bongo spares for you.

Re: Bongoing again.
Nice one Donald. I miss my Bongo like mad. My two boys are still a wee bit young for camping/bongo'ing as the youngest is only 7 months. As soon as they are both old enough to go camping I may be looking for a new Bongo myself.
