Mouse in Fuel Filter

What's the MPG like? Can I use chip fat and veggie oil? What about LPG?

Mouse in Fuel Filter

Post by Idris » Sun Oct 26, 2014 5:03 pm

I've been having a problem with rodents chewing on my fuel lines, both diesel and veg (twin tank system).
One of them had chewed on the fuel filler line and fell in. I found this when it started to struggle on veg (again).
Dropped tank and cleaned, replaced filter and running sweet again.

What you need is a cat :). I had two set of Bongo curtains stored in the garage and when I went to fit them I found they had been munched and turned into mouse bedding. Very expensive tastes.
