I'll give you first refusal Mike
Re: Eberspacher Heater
This is from the Eberspacher installation manual.
"In the event of possible overheating, it is possible
for local hot air temperatures of up to max. 150 °C
or surface temperatures of up to max. 90 °C to
occur immediately before the defect shutdown.
Therefore only temperature-resistant hot air hoses
approved by us must be used for the heater air
system!"
That would seem to me to be fairly conclusive that the Bongo ducting shouldn't be used.
Exhaust not to be more than 2m long as well.

Re: Eberspacher Heater
I've just fitted one under the passenger seat. I had to fab a bracket which used existing m6 bolt holes on the chassis. Vented the hot air through the engine cover between the front seats and the return air sucks from the passenger footwell. Very toasty in North Wales for the new year. I can post pics if anyone would like. Noise wise it doesn't bother us and once up to temp no worse than a fan heater noise.

Can you post pics if you have any as looking at getting a D2 unit. Thanks.Neildeb68 wrote:I've just fitted one under the passenger seat.
