I decided last week to buy a TM1 engine temp monitor from Haydn Alarms so I placed the order on Thursday night and the parcel was waiting for me when I got home from work on Friday, opened it up and it's a TM2, the wrong one. I emailed Jo, got a response straight away and the TM1 arrived an hour ago along with cash to cover the return post and a beer :D

Every now and again mistakes happen but I've never had anyone respond the way that Jo did, what a fantastic company to deal with, can't recommend them highly enough =D>

'The thing is in business every one makes a mistake sometimes.

What sets the good from the bad is how the sort the problem or not.
That the belief with which I run my business. nothing to do with alarms or bongos

Haydn is one of the best, always helpful even when its not his product or fault.

Yep even the Big boys can get it wrong, I have had the wrong parts delivered by Eurocarparts three times in the last few years, each time they sent out the correct parts pronto and I was told Keep the other parts.

Anybody looking for a turret for a Sherman tank.

No need for a sherman turret, have you a spare Tiger turret. I wasn't expecting another tank enthusiast on a car site!!
have some Panzer bits and pieces.
