Hi there!
For a couple of hours I have trying to locate dandywarhol's diesel heater fitting help/guide using the advanced search - but unfortunately to no avail!
Thus, if anyone could post the link here, I would really appreciate this.
Cheers from New Zealand

@g8dhe: Thanks for the hint. Yet, I do not understand as under "Members" I cannot find any factsheets.
Sorry, but I am a complete novice to this forum.

You need to be a Member of the Club itself, not just a user of the forum ?
If so you will be receiving an email each month from Ian with the password to login to the Members area https://igmaynard.co.uk/wp-login.php?re ... nard.co.uk
So click above, sign in with the emailed password and user id. Then top right click on Members area.
Page down below the picture and click the area of interest in this case Factsheets, then scroll on down there is a LONG list of all the write-ups.

Re: Where to fit diesel heater under passenger seat?
What do you need to know? Mine was on 97 diesel so easier than later models. Basic steps are
- make a bracket. Mine is mounted just inside the chassis rail, bracket attached to existing mountain points on the rail itself and to the doorstep via riveting.
- drill some holes for air intake and exhaust. I chose passenger door step for footwell back of engine hump (for want of better word) at the center front of rear
- Tap into fuel line and install pump
- Run some pipes
- Run some electrics
I will add a few pictures which should help

Re: Where to fit diesel heater under passenger seat?
I should clarify, the red circle pipe in picture 2 is an aircon line, the picture just highlights where the heater is position wise
I tapped into fuel line drivers side and mounted pump to chassis rail. The line gets from side to side on the topside of the bar / tube that under the engine, it’s an obvious safe place well away from any heat or chance of damage
I’ll get a few more pics today
Exhaust is on passenger side, it’s got a silencer so 2m max run so is situated just at the back of the sliding door
