V6 2.5 petrol auxiliary belt tensioner

Hi
Can anyone tell me if the main auxiliary belt tensioner 17mm bolt is left or right hand thread?
It won’t move either direction and I don’t want to break the alloy housing.
How easy is it to remove the whole unit?

The AC one was left thread but it also pivots the different direction so I don’t know if they are t to be same
