Motorised blinds

Post by driward » Sun Oct 29, 2023 8:47 pm

Barely a day going by without me posting questions so please bear with me…while fiddling about in the fuse box I noticed there were fuses in the slots for motorised blinds. I didn’t think my 2002 tintop had them, the blinds seemed to be manual. How can I find out for sure? Where would the controls typically be for motorised? Thanks

There’s a pair of switches down by your left knee if the blinds are motorised.

If they are powered there will be a single switch above the sliding door, a single switch on the leading edge of the nearside cubbyhole below the window it controls, then a pair of switches on the offside trim on the "C" pillar. Along with the pair of switches at the front to the left of the steering wheel which controls them in pairs.

Nope, none of the above- never mind, no harm in being optimistic and I can’t be bothered to install, they work fine manually. Thanks though
