Brakes

Post by tigs » Thu Mar 01, 2007 12:31 pm

Just been out and had to hit the brake a lickle heavy Image both times it struck metal, but the second time it was like the brake shot back forcing my foot off the pedal. Any other time its fine no grinding and it has just had an MOT. :?

Sounds like your Bongo may have ABS. If so, it is probably just that cutting in. ABS effectively puts the brakes on and off to stop the wheels locking under heavy braking.

Gold plating the whole bloody bongo I hope for that price, surely a total rebuild at least. Poor devils.
