didnt say all local butchers just the one i worked at -he's long gone now anyway -the one we used to get burgers and sausages from is brilliant people come for miles to stock up plus the local pubs etc get supplies off him -plus its all local meat
right should be packing boxes not sitting here arguing about sausages has anyone worked out how to attach them too a bonnet yet though.?

Can we have a list of who is coming and numbers please. I think I am going to bring a Treasure Hunt and need an idea of the size we'll need!

I am planning to blow eggs this weekend so the kids will have to eat scrambled egg for breakfast, lunch and tea

Harry, was that you offering to organise a walk? We'd be up for that, enjoyed the one at Silverdale last year.

Think we will give the sausages and easter bonnets a miss though, to be honest I'm not too keen on sausages.

BongoD I don't know yer rascal dog yet but our meets are not exactly full on. Two guys brought their pub's dog to Silverdale (silvergale)* last year. The fella will need to be on a lead as we have sheep and cattle up here.

Gillian, Harry quoted 20 units? Units of what I am not sure!

I will be booking our hound into kennels for the meet.

As for the sausages I'm going to look into some pork recipes avec herbs and hot stuff.

If the weather here is poor then I'll get the girls started on their bonnets.

Thanks Bongodonkey but we will be hunting for things most of us have like a packet of crisps or wellies, that type of thing. There will be one or two a little more unusul but I won't spoil it.
