p.s. to those kind people who offered to take our awning with them(manda and andy,ray and christine etc)and put it up to save us time if we came late friday night......i`m not sure there`d be any point now,except to save us a pitch.what do you think?

What a shame Jamie You obviously have no alternative, but if we can help in any way. Just say I can promise,that I will not to drink all the alcohol and be very tired on Saturday Chris will help me drink it all There will be a pitch for you don't worry

Just wondered what time you will arrive on Saturday ? I will try and schedule the BBQ to a time after you have arrived and set up

That's good! There should be plenty of time, if we BBQ at 5 ish. . No, I don't think you need to bring anything. Just get yourselves there . Pity you can't get there Friday, but we look forward to seeing you Saturday.

that`s lovely,thankyou.i would have loved to have come on friday,but the children`s activities come first.they`ve often missed things because we`ve been away on some bongo jaunt or another,and i have to be fair on them,i can`t drag them all over the country every weekend,much as i`d love to

Just thought I would like to be clear about, What do you all want to do, regarding friday fish and chips and Saturday BBQ . I will be away from 27th august until we meet on 4th, so would like to know that we are all set I am aware that weather permitting we will have a basic BBQ on Saturday and some of you may want a friday meal (delivery) Best Times for these ? I have ordered sunshine and my replacement of Eriba, will be in attendance this time

as you know,we are only doing the saturday night,so won`t be around for fish and chips on friday,but a saturday barbecue sounds great.we should be there around half two on the saturday,so would definitely be up for a barbecue,but please please please let us contribute,whether it`s food,beer,wine etc,i don`t mind.

Hi Jamie & Co, Yes I had allowed time for you to get set up on Saturday. I wont start BBQ until you are sitting down(weather permitting) But of course we have plan B too
I will do the very basic this time , as it is not a special first meet (although it will still be special) We will have rolls, burgers,hot dogs, sausages. If you wish to bring any extras along you are more than welcome and of course I need washing up volunteers
I am not doing salad as it gets thrown away and I'm not sure about beans, coleslaw, cakes etc, either. Just a few weeks now
P.S I can do oven chips if wanted, this time. I forgot

dancing.i could bring a pole along,but i`m not sure how happy he`d be with people cavorting around him

Sorry Jamie, but there is no pole dancing that I know of However if you are volunteering some entertainment ?
Plan B is top secret, but you will definitely, not be disappointed if we use it

No rush for you John I will be seeing you soon. No rush for anyone, but I will be away the week before 4th sep. I ordered the friday food before I left here last time and rechecked when I arrived for delivery. I just wondered what was happening.
Last time, I did phone the Chippy on the friday to have extra added for a couple, so we don't have to be too accurate.
