Can anyone who is already there tell me how far the loos and taps etc are from the northwest mafia area. I need to decide tonight whether to bring the big awning or not and it depends on the location of mafia.

me too. We have managed really well with the caravanstore anf if it isn't miles to the loos and the weather is fine this is easier than carrying the awning (which get in the way when we stop for tea:)

got a lovely flat pitch...... but we've got electric, so Brabenger can press my morning paper....
you can just about make out those northerners from here..... luckily I can squint and block them out......
I need to do a bit more exploring MC, but I'd say it's a short trek to the toilets...... all pitched and TC fed, so off to explore next!

The north West pitches are about 2km's from the loo's on the other side of the river. You have to approach the main field via a steep hill and a rope walkway.
I'm O.K> about 20 yds from everything. OH Yes ! and loads of BIG midges around the river which is in full flood and may take the bridge away to-night.

The Northwest Mafia are about 3 hundred yards from the loos, down by the river, you can get nearer to the loo's at the top if your quick, Bongo's arriving all the time

Cheers Karl. I think I will leave it till the last minute to decide on whether the awning comes with. It if comes, it has to go up, so if I have the energy, it can come

Hello Stourport ......if the NWs are by the riverside and a substantial stagger from the loo's... your best bet is to make a dash for the long grass by the path...just goin to have to fight off the horse flies is all

Due to cancellation of trip to Amsterdam, we're leaving in about an hour.
