In August we only have w/e of Sat 9th and Sat 16th free. Either are good for me, but the 16th clashes with the Charity Fm w/e, this may not be an issue due to distance.

I was thinking of a meet in the Forest Of Dean?

hi. We live in the Forest and could help out, organise etc. Our Bongo might be finished by then but we would turn up and chill anyway.

Christchurch sounds good.

Last year we organised a treasure hunt around the FoD for our MINI friends. It was a bit tricky but fun. Ended at the Fountain in Parkend for a buffet.

Christchurch on the 15, 16 17 August is perfect for us. I think I'll book that anyway. Anyone want to join us?

The telephone number is: 0131 314 6100

I tried to ring this evening to make enquiries re hook ups (if you need them) and see if we can book an area (we want to be together!). Also to see wether they would recommend Christchurch or Braceland for us, they're both in the same place. but they were very busy. I'll try again tomorrow.

Right, here goes

Bracelands site is recommended for groups as it is larger and has a rally field affording more chance of us being closer together. It is in the same area as the Christchurch site but is further away from the shop. However it has the same facilities in terms of toilets and showers ect.

Prices are:
C&CC members = £14.60 per night Fri & Sat (Sun slightly cheaper).
£17.60 With hookup

Non-members = £17.60 per night Fri & Sat (Sun slightly cheaper).
£20.60 With hookup

prices include pitch & 2 adults. Extra adults =£5.90, Children £3.00

There are discounts for groups of 10 or more units booked at the same time but Amanda is on leave today so will need to speak to her to find out prices if this is appropriate.

Obviously having hookups will limit movement around the site. I don’t think there are hookups in the rally field for example.

I hope this is all correct. Let me know what you think.
