I take it he hasn't got any breakdown cover to come & sort him or relay him home?

Right.. The game is afoot.!
Maxheadroom has a hose.

I happen to be rehearsing in Gloucester tomorrow at the Bass players house... (NOT Cheddar.) I swing by Maxes, pick up hose, administer rock & roll to the needy, then head down to Butlins & using my acting skill & the experience i had as a Blue coat at a season i did at a rival camp in Burnham-on-Sea, infiltrate Minehead camp disguised as a Red Coat with the hose pipe concealed about my person... (Hopefully, they will think it's a cheap comedy prop & wont suspect?)
Baz will be on the inside disguised in a giant beaver costume "acquired" from the costume department.. Should anything go wrong he can gnaw us out of trouble!
This could get messy..
Synchronize watches!!!
... & Hi De Hi!!!

not sure if you have been to minehead if not be careful on the A39 as some really bad sharp blind bends
and well done for getting a bongo member out of trouble

Excellent

, spoke to Baz earlier, seems the level hadn't dropped below the bottom of the header, got it taped up & didn't lose much more getting the last few miles to Minehead, so hopefully it'll just be a quick hose change, bleed (he's got the destructions downloaded) & he should be ok to get home where he can get sorted & checked properly

Keep an eye out on the roads on monday for a worried looking silve bongo driver heading back to the Midlands.
He will be upgrading his breakdown cover

National express - is that the same as a quickie?
Alas Carl, I have the dubious honour of working for National Express, but not for much longer

- their franchise runs out in a year and won't be renewed

I just wonder which other bus company we'll get to try playing with the trains
