So, are you saying the vents work OK now?

I think he's saying it's fixed - fault down to a dodgy wire Just because someone thinks it's "making the right noises" always best to start from the beginning & see what's working & what isn't I'd find it difficult to tell the blower fan was running or not if the ac/rad fan was running

I had that problem, I looked under the the dash just to my left knee and found some cables were in the way of the vent that directs the air flow. I moved the cables and secured and "Hey Presto!" its been fine since. It's worth a try
