Bongo Fury

Hi again,ok so you must go to abereiddy beach,take the coast road (not the main fishguard road) from whitesands,keep going and you will see a sign for it,great place to wild camp too if you ever get the chance.from the car park take a walk along the coast path for 10 min and you'll find the 'blue lagoon' as its known locally,basically an old quarry that has been flooded and is an amazing turquoise colour,also keep exploring as there are lots of ruined old traditional pembrokeshire cottages hidden about.
Back up to the coastal road and follow to Porthgain,great pub called the 'Sloop'
Take a trip to Trefin too,i used to live there and its well worth a walk along the coastal path for the views,again another great 'locals' pub called the 'ship'.

And dont forget if you get stuck,breakdown,need directions etc etc when your here just give me a shout

Hope you can make it Zeberdy1. I'll be at Brecon and Newcastle Emlyn too before this weekend if you like to join me there too.

bongo should arrive next weekend and if all is ok we'll make it for an over nighter.

Sorry to have missed anyone that came to say hello. Did see one green autotop in the Whitesands car park last Sunday, but no one around to speak to.

Didn't manage to get to Abereiddy and the pub but I did meet a couple that had walked from there to Whitesands on the Sunday. Does that count for anything?

Didn't see many bongos at all, even on the motorway coming home

Had a great time and enjoyed Mary's company on stages 2 and 3 of the trip. Thank you Mary
