I feel your pain as just recovered from a three month nightmare episode myself but reading back through this thread, I think the seeds were sown here.

99.99% certain you got it back with an air pocket in there soewhere thats caused the inevitable.

Its SO IMPORTANT to get the system right & far too easy to cut corners or think "That'll do" after 20 mins of bleeding. [-X

Hopefully, you have a good relationship with said garage who may well prefer to make amends rather than getting bad press. [-o<

Best of luck.

Thinking about have all new coolant pipes put on at the same time
but where to get them from
Kirsty LISTED ALL THE HOSES ON THIS LINK.
Print out the list and give it to your Mazda main dealer, they can supply them all... Or just the main ones you need!
I expect your garage could also get them for you.
Allans Garage retired. Try PGS (Plymouth Garage Services) or Mayflower Auto Services Plymouth

That really is a serious outllay.

Think hard as to what is nessacary & what is needed, chances are you'll only need the Big Four.

Do some research on the silicone hoses too. Many have been tempted but depending on who they come from, they're not as good as the brochure - so to speak.
