Hi,
This last week or so I have been using my hubbies beastie (2.5 diesel) and I thought that his heater was not as warm as mine (2.5 Diesel). I then remembered that we had switched the switch from outside to inside to recirc as I find it defrosts his windscreen quicker (don't shout, it works a bit better for us). Just check that the recirc button hasn't been depressed. It makes a heck of a difference to the heat brought into the cab.

True!

However i do find if the recircs left on too long it can start to fog up around the A pillar windscreen aria, door windows & quaterlights... It soon clears when pulled through from the front!

Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...

I go with Haydens reply as that fits my circumstances.
However under the bonnet there is the intake for the heater matrix on this there is a Flap with a winter position and a summer position. The winter position restricts the air flow.

Just got the Bongo back from the garage - all fixed. The problem was a broken thermostat which is situated near the engine hose under the bonnet.
