I took it as a rhetorical question.

Sorry!

I had a visitor today

I had my roof up to air, then along comes a bongo driving down the street also with its roof up
Lovely to see you both Debbie, hope you're not too frozen tonight

I am very jealous, even though I am in my snuggly bed with the leccy blanket on, I'd much rather be in my bongo!

Not sure if it was passers by or my neighbours who already think I am nuts and just roll their eyes when they see me out there putting the roof up tidying it or washing it..
I didn't get round to emptying/tidying it today though but when I do, I'll take some measurements for you to pass on, but seriously its not a problem at all for me to pop over to show your lucky friend the unit, its tricky to know about all the brackets and stuff from photos, plus get a better look when its not covered in my camping gear and a proper look at the storage unit

(and coming over would be an excuse for me to stop over somewhere on the island

)
and I did spot you parked up today

it's my health and safety policy

and Wayne thought we'd set on fire

much better to be frozen to death

it didn't seem too bad til we were scraping the ice from the inside this morning

Glad you had a fab weekend... I'm with Andrew there.. NEVER SWITCH OFF THE HEATERS in winter

too cold!
So jealous we live so far away and aren't able to make the day meets. We're seriously watching things now as we've done too many trips and can't afford it.
Think it's about time you guys all came down here for a trip next... ok in spring.. lol A good place just North of London to camp is:-
http://www.townfarmcamping.co.uk/home Could do some Geocaching
As we said before, you're more than welcome to stay over if you fancy a trip into London, but can only accommodate one family at a time

and only the weekends we don't have our ones around.. lol.
You have our numbers.. so just call if you fancy a trip to London
Andrew... I text you.. let me know if you're coming the Friday or Saturday of that weekend. We have space through half term too if you need longer

Maybe put a thread on the Chilterns/Thames Valley section to see how much local interest there may be

If you guys are keen on doing a meet at that campsite.. why not give me some tentative dates for spring/summer time and I'll start a new thread with the dates that we could all do? Would be great to not have to travel too far and meet with you all down this way for a change
