I'm in East Sussex.. if anyone can recommend a garage that is not going to completely rip us off that would be great.

The tensioner only needs to be changed if out of tolerance
. which from what ive read on this forum appears to be rare/un heard of, I have been unlucky and had to change mine after near disaster, but i took a cheaper option
