I'll talk to Caz (Combicampers/365) who organised it for the past 2 years as to how we go about it. If we book a rally, then it's slightly cheaper, I know.

For confirmation from us Jilly you will have to wait until after this coming weekend,
Kerry and Tony now inform me that there may be a surprise family party happening the weekend of Ledbury.
We will find out for sure when were visiting Essex this weekend.

Looks as though we will be turning up as individuals. Difficult to arrange as a rally because of the rally rules. No need to book at the site, just pay the cash when the ranger comes around .

I should now be able to arrive on the Friday and put my flag up. Then you can be as close or as far away from us as you like
