A competent fitter should have no problem with any order, tho fitting the alarm first would make more sense, first off it protects the bongo from being nicked and secondly its the biggest disturbance from a wiring point of view, you could also inform the fitter of your future plans and ask him to connect some permanent and switched live trailing leads to make it easier for fitting in the future
