This is a job i am attempting now but had both headlights out but cannot find any spare connectors/wires! could not find a link from connector in front of batt to fog fuse either , will have to follow your procedure i think- head- doing!

Hi -
Good to know (in a way) that I am not the only one suffering with this annoying red wire.
My hunch is that there is a mystery in-line connector somewhere that just needs plugging in, but spent way more time on this than I wanted to, so I guess the mystery continues...

HI Chris,
I have found that Ring also do a natty pair of Blue fog lights,slim enough to fit inbetween the grill of a Freda, check out photo

Hi Chris, the lamps were obtained from halfords-with a relay and loom for about ?19, a mistake me thinks as these are chrome-I also had a roundish set to put on my cruiser bike, best of luck...
