You'll also need grille as well as bumper and under-headlight panels (to accommodate the deeper grille). The bulbs are also different so you'll need the wiring and if you go for the HID/Xenon lights that I posted a photo of, you'll also need the levelling adjuster and associated wiring.

Do-able, but you'd need a donor vehicle to get the parts you require. Search on the forum for "Astra headlights" for a possibly cheaper alternative.
