The temperature sensor, along with a long stick allows for one handed bleeding.

Trying to work out how this thread did a right turn off Leisure Battery Rd and on to Coolant Alarm Avenue. But, great really as the Haydn LCA/Engine temp kit is good stuff and my LCA (one of the prototypes) has been doing vital service for 11+ years.

I'm intrigued by the one handed long stick thing Tony - how does that work?

Agree totally with Geoff about the wiring - if in doubt, strip it out!

Hi MIke, the long stick is used to press the throttle....however I have bled loads of Bongos on my own without useing one....just a case of being organised.

If CatBusFreda decides to fit one of ours, it would make sense for him/her to order it from us and take it along to his chosen garage to be fitted. The Pros of this are, discount from us to Bongo Fury member, no garage mark up, talk to the company and get exactly what you require, absolutely no quibble warranty from the company.

It would still be advisable to get the garage to supply this part whether its one of yours or not, a no quibble guarantee not very good if a malfunction causes a wrecked engine, unless I am mistaken and you have this covered in your no quibble guarantee. Again this is up to the owner of the vehicle its only a bit of professional advise .
