Seems like Toyota 1uzfe is the engine of choice for a lot of swaps, quite fancy upgrading v6 to v8

That maybe the way forward from a performance point of view I just wanted a solid up to date economical diesel the 5 speed auto box was a bonus

Hi re the BMW swap I pretty much have 95% of the wiring sorted just really the cooling fans and air con fan control to sort. I started it up and everything was good. I’m running the bmw dashboard so will have to run indicator's headlights high beam and a few other controls so I will use the bingo light stalk as the cruise control activator. The welding is all done so next step is bodywork prep for painting it should see the road this summer fingers crossed cheers
