Found the Railway. It is a great day out where you can hop on and off ans visit the waterfalls, picnic areas and nature walks up the valley. Dogs are also permitted which was fab.

I've got a list as long as my arm of things I want to do there this week and it keeps growing I think I may have to have another trip that way later in the year

The "Coast" programme also mentioned a spit going out into the sea. Anyone know where that is?

There's supposed to be some more in the river Dovey estuary just to the north, but on private land so not accessible to the likes of me & thee
