Well done dreamwarrioruk

That was great..
Hope that the girl that was injured in Blackpool is OK, these things happen...
Another excellent meet, as always nice to see old and new friends. Twas a bit cold, with some rain, but that did not put people off, in the final convoy, some 25 Bongos took part
Was fun as we entered Blackpool and tried to hold the convoy up, some copper was flagging me to split, but could not see him too well, but had to form a second line.. Took my time to draw up to Dreamwarrier, so everyone could follow.. next moment a rather loud knock on my windows, and some police officer (who I think must have had a bad day) said in a stern voice "I am doing the traffic tonight, move on" But we did manage to get everyone in a line in the end.
The only disappointment, was due to an accident out side Blackpool tower, it took an age to move just a couple of miles, and with the traffic being re-directed, we never made the end in tact.. But a brill turn out.

quickly want to thank everyone who turned up today, had a brill time, so nice to see such a large convoy of bongos.shame it was spoilt with the accident and i hope she is ok.we managed to keep in formation for most of the time, only the ending where we all drizzled out but it was still an experience never to be forgotten. must also thank the policeman who sat patiently waiting to let us all out of the carpark in one group.
well got to go to bed, up for work in 5 hours.will post some pics later

Great day out. Especially liked the 'exfoiliation' experience on top of the sand dunes and finding sand in all sorts of places.
Reminds me I should spend more time of the beach.
Ducked out just before the tower as my left leg flet like it was starting to cook and the engine started to smell a little hot.
Saw the 'grumpy copper' having a go a the Mini convoy for having flags on their cars and threatening them with tickets!!. Never seen so many cars (Minis) in so few parking spaces before

What a brilliant day we had. Big Thanks to Dream ( Mike ) for organising and coming up with the idea

. Great to see our old Bongo Friends

and meet some new ones .
What a fantastic site to see all the Bongos, in Convoy.
Well done to the kids as always so well behaved
Yeah got a ticking off from a copper with bad attitude , cos of blue lights round tail pipe.
Dont forget White at the Front and Red at the back Karl ( rooster )
Copper told us to get to the end of the lights and go and have our meet somewhere else

.
We had to turn off cos of Water alarm going off, but no probs everything ok, didnt want to take the risk.
Will post pics later.
Great pics pixie and the moon

.
Will keep you posted about the girl in the accident

.

Yeah we saw the minis too and had a laugh at them squeezing as many as they can into such a small space!
I wonder how much they put in the meter???? Did anyone else notice the minis managed to get through in one line no probs?

Think he was just being Picki as i had blue leds in the door handles side and boot
also had my purple neons flashing under the bongo and he never said anything to me and i was vurtuly next to you to.
What a plonka..
Glad he didnt say out to me in the attitude i would of told him to CALM DOWN CALM DOWN.
Yes i was comenting on the minis getting through all in one.
Did anyone see the elusive bongomyster sneeking past the bongos whistling to himself..
