Hoping to be there around lunchtime just a few items to throw in the bongo 1st thing in the morning and also dig my thermals out of the loft.

Good pictures Geoff. I'm having real trouble with Photobucket at the moment. Every time I go on there, it crashes me out. I was halfway through a post and my whole internet went down. Grrrr!

Had a wonderful weekend and Cfor really enjoyed her bones! Pity about the drizzle this morning. I was gonna walk up to the horse.

Good to meet so many kind people. I've decided I like the small meets cos you meet more people!!

I'm trying to buy a couple of pop up tents from Ebay at the mo, and also feeling my way to find a chain of kind bongoleers to help get them from Bolton to Swindon. With luck this just might work.

I was very impressed with Nick's cooking and his laid back approach to it. If I was to cook for 30 or 40 people I would be in a right state of nerves. The lamb was tender, succulent and tasty,

It was an excellent meet, superb location with wonderful company. Congratulations to the Swindon contingent who organised it, with very many thanks from yours truly (and mrs Yours Truly).

And those great Bongoliers who turned up in variable to good Autumn conditions. Thanks for your company!
