Aye, there's a lot more to this bongo lark than we think!
Anyway, the kids are delighted. Euan came with me to pick it up and Julie is researching campsites again for the summer hols

That's great Graham
Put all that hassle behind you
I suppose the dates are wrong for you to join us at Mablethorpe ? It would be nice to see you all

We are treating it as if we have a new bongo.
Will check out the dates for mablethorpe. Seems very close to the start of the new school term, be a nice way to finish the hols though.
May worry is wether the bongo would make it

Our neighbour opposite has bought a bongo, he's asked if there was going to be another Tackeroo meet!

Be really nice if you made it
Bring your neighbour. Do you want a weekend Tackaroo meet during school holidays?

We'll check the calendar for Mablethorpe.
I was thinking of an end of season Tackeroo? There's also a small private site on the chase as well.
I could push the bongo back from Cannock!

Hello to Anna, and to Brian & Mary.
So sorry not to have made it to the most local Bongo Do ever. We are going to plead just too busy with the littl'uns
 - and other events.
Also, shame about Bongy - hope the Dr says it is not too big an operation - and hence not too expensive

We had a great two weeks in Southern Ireland in May/June, then the Bongo Bash, and next we are off to the Summer Holiday on Hayling Island
We're taking the parents-in-law, so we might both get windsurfing together for the first time in years

Imogen (2 1/4)has her own little wetsuit now, & little Laura (3 months) has a neoprene 'Baby Wrap', which should mean they can enjoy the sea better

Well, hope to meet you all soon. I'll keep an eye out for the next Chilterns event.
Best to you all,
Paul, etc.

We were sorry not to have met you, but hopefully next time
Sounds like you and your family have lots of fun in the Bongo. I hope you have a great time in Hayling Island. I'm sure you will ! If you are a sea person, don't forget the Mablethorpe weekend 4th Sep. Quite a few from this area are likely to be there

Cheers Anna

We got home last night. We had a wonderful time

Many, many thanks to Anna and Jimmy for all their hard work (and the bbq)

It was lovely to catch up with Tina, I hope she will be at another meet so we can chat again some time.
It was great to meet so many nice people (too many to mention 'cos I'll only miss someone out by mistake).
It also makes a change to view Muz's photos and find ourselves in loads of them

Thanks everyone for making it such a smashing meet,

Sarah & Adrian
