i was aware that you were commited for the jetskiing the weekend before but i was trying to find a weekend to cater for everyone. its very hard to do that especially with it being short notice.
If this one goes ok then ill be planning for next year well in advance so people can get.
Probably be able to catch up with you at silverdale. gonna try to get to that one.
Also will be looking to do a coastal meeting just for a day 4 bbqs and kite flying.Dabongo made the suggestion so will look into doing that but not sure when yet.

i can confirm now that the meeting is booked for friday 20th till sunday 22nd july at naburn lock caravan site.

http://www.naburnlock.co.uk/

we are in a rally field just to the left of the park with an area of mown grass the same size as charity farm. However we are sharing the field with another caravan rally. There at one side and were at the other.
non electric im afraid but have secured a price of £ 12-00 per night, thats all inclusive of number of children, gazebos, awnings and all the other stuff they normally charge extra for.
No problems with flying kites at this site, in fact they seem interested in seeing them.As i mentioned before we can still go for a small drive into york to the knavesmire.(racecourse)

only rules

1 dogs on leads and clean up after
2 no noise between the hours of 11pm and 7am
3 bbq to be raised off floors.
4 have to be off site by 2pm sunday.

no need to book with campsite. just turn up. day visitors welcome.
Could just do with a confirmation by the people who want to come either on here or p.m. no deposit needed, ill collect the money when on site.

cheers all for the interest and looking forward to it.
