I have to say that my Bongo sounds and feels better with new oil in. I think it is hard on oil and regular changes are a 'good thing', even if some oils may cope with longer intervals better than others. 
What do you think of the Lidl Oil on offer this week?
5 Ltrs for £6.95 suitable for all petrol and diesel motors with or without turbo, semi synthetic, will mix with any other oil.
15 - 40 SAE, API SJ/CF - 4/CF.
Is it OK for the Bongo????
