Right then folks. Next dilemma. :?

I need to send a hundred quid deposit in the next week to secure the site for the weekend.

To keep this as simple as possible, I'd rather have people making their own bookings via the site. If i end up having to chase around after money on the night it means I'll have to remain sober.

This is not an option. [-X

I'm happy to chuck the money down but, obviously, I'd like it back.

Heres the rub.

I'm looking for some volunteers to cough up soon, to cover the first bookings at least. I'll get their tickets (?) sorted, then let nature take its course.

Any takers to help out??

I'm happy to pay up front but we would probably only be there for the one night so only £18.00 from us

Yes quite happy to pay upfront if you give me the details. I do not want to deal with the site - only you please.

What a luverly bunch of peeps you are!! =D>

As there's such an appetite for this one I'm going to go that extra mile & abandon plan A.

Many thanks for the offers but there may be a better way.

Plan B then.

If you all book through me, I'll wack the deposit down in the morning & ask about discount rates for block bookings. That way we should all save a few quid & I'm quite happy to be the money launderer. :)

So hold fire for the moment, I'll update tomorrow.

Sounds like a plan Chris, when you get it sorted ask for the full amount upfront from all the peeps interested, and like Brian said if anyone does end up not going, that is up to them ,but no refund. and that way you will not be out of pocket.

I think thats a great idea. If we can commit to going we can pay in advance. Most people are re fine with that and it only needs enough of us to secure the bookings I'm sure. Those who cant commit just yet can book when they are able to make firm arrangements.
