All electric hook-ups were sold within 45 minutes. Only non-electric pitches left I'm afraid.

Got a date recently for my second knee replacement op. If it goes ahead on schedule (probably depends on how far behind orthopaedics become locally, due to all this ice and snow), I'll be immobilised then, so it's another one we've not booked for Ian. If I am driving though, we'll at least come over to say hello - via my favourite pork pies emporium, Vermulens Butchers in Ellesmere (Shropshire - not Ellesmere Port).

Same here Jilly. Non electric. Just have to bring the four seasons sleeping bag and use the dog as a hot water bottle.

There must be a pub to warm up in if Ian organised it.

Didn't cancel New Year at Looe because of the cold. Originally it was due to the weird electrical problems. Now all sorted, very easily and cheaply in the end. Once those were sorted, daughter decided to come back from the States early for Christmas. So New Year was spent on taxi duties rather than in the bar. :(

Anyhow it can't be colder than now. Still trapped at the bottom of a hill of ice with more snow forecast.

I didn't go to Looe at New Year either, but then I wasn't booked in. Went dancing instead - only 2 miles down the road!

Instead of Mindhead, come to Brokerswood. £ 14 per night with electric!
Booking direct with the campsite, tell em it's Pauls Bongo Meet.

Unless you've decided on the Vests Meet that is
