Bear in mind the Ford transit equivalent is about 40 quid!!!
FE3815966 BOLT ADJUST this part alone was £11.53.. In fairness you really only need this bit that sheers!?
The nut was £1.88
The long bolt £6.74...
Then there was the sharp intake of breath & the "dreaded

Vee Aye Tee"...
It was an up front gamble on my part, but the return was peace of mind with the belts..

got to say agian Big thank you for simon for posting that part on i see you at the sw bash

and a big thank you to all the rest of you for your help.
i ended up retruning the 1st alternator from the company i got it from an getting a refund.
then rang Av and decided on a recon one wich got here next day thank there to to night was the 1st time this week i had free so up i went an got my hands drity an enjoy it .now we back on the road.
