So glad you had a great day, weather looks like it was kind and I do love the drive up to Aberfoyle! Had hoped to join you but unfortunately OH has to take work when he can get it (recession is biting hard) and having had little work through the week has to take weekend work when it comes along, as it did this weekend. We are hoping to make it to the Scottish bash but cant book in advance for the same reason.

At Aberfoyle carpark today the rain gods were good to us, thanks to the Tough Northerners meet for using up all the bad weather around. Seven Bongos & Fredas turned up for what was probably the first Scottish day meet and new friends were made and old aquintances were renewed. Many thanks to Steviebongo for taking the lead in making the arrangements.

Six bongos lined up for the photoshoot with my June at the end next to my bongo.
We could not quite fit in csermanni's bongo.
Brorabongo hogging the photo again.

Thats us just back Stevie (left at 17.30 & went via callander and stopped for fish & chips), thanks for organising a great day was excellent meeting you all and having a chat in lovely surroundings with great company,hope to meet you all again real soon.

What a perfect day it must have been for a scenic drive in Gods Own Land and a meet-up in a Bongo. I envy you guys

Phew, just back from a couple of nights away sunning ourselves in "Sunny Glasgow!!"
What a meet!! great location, great weather, and great company, Thanks to steviebongo for organising it, and to all who turned up, in no particular order.....
