Tackeroo on Cannock Chase Sunday 19th April

If you are going away somewhere and don't mind meeting up with other Bongo owners or if you've been somewhere & want to tell us about it & stick up your photos, put the details here.

I used the multimap link on the forestry site and then looked for a landmark (pub) and googled that to get the post code. I think the UKcampsite one is to the nearest population centre for the postcode? Best to stick with the multimap one?

Hi You are gonna be right. I had the postcode same as yours for the street leading in, but on their campsite advert they had the other one. Anyway the pub postcode, is a much better idea.

I'd put the pub postcode in the satnav and then find the Tackeroo campsite from there, I reckon it's the road opposite the pub?

Best to check the map on the forestry site?

If you use Dobbys postcode , you will see signs on the way. Anyway it;s only 1.5 mile down the road from the forest centre. Might bring a picnic, but we will be so close to the centre or pub, maybe not  8)
