Part one was fact - what's the problem?
Part two was a suggestion (with a bit of humour, hence the emoticon

) Others have failed to improve the system, so why not have a go yourself?

Don't fancy trying it myself thankyou.
Particulary as it has apparently been tried before and failed.
Why should that be considered a decent recommendation ?
Any sensible suggestions continue to be welcomed.
