Hello All,
Sorry I have not been around for a while - anyway I and Bongoingmad have now started the planning of the bash. Please see below. Hook up is available for two nights stay only and already we have exceeded the camp site hook up pitches.( Still plenty of non hook up free ) Camp details below :

Can anyone below who has advised they are coming for the two nights advise if they do not need the hook up - otherwise if will be allocated to the first confirmed posts on the thread.

I have not kept my eye on this thread as its coming SEPTEMBER!!! And its still only February.

There will be a cut off point of about 40 – 45 units due to the camps facilities and the manger has asked that children are not allowed unoccupied by the lake at any time - otherwise he will ask them to leave the site – NO 1st warnings given - due to H&S reasons.

Deposits will be required nearer the time – and a small sum will be added to the camp fee’s for children’s activates, and general expenses.

Any funds not spent will be forwarded to the next Bongo meet up organiser.

Just a quick summery to begin with-

Friday -Jacobs join Buffet, Camp Fire & Karaoke.

Saturday Morning - Visit to Ice-cream farm for those who wish to attend- Directions available (It’s free and fun for the kids who get bored on camp)

Saturday afternoon -The Wedding – Hosted by Jetski the vicar, then Communal BBQ around marquee - followed by entertainment by Mikeb4C & Dynamo ( Gig to happen -all being well with weather and such! )
