Maybe a good CHEAP site then (they can't expect top dollar with facilities like that) as long as its in peaceful / scenic countryside?Muzorewa wrote:The silver one was from Denby Motors and had a pretty standard full side conversion. Didn't get to see the roofboard arrangement (if any) and didn't get to see inside the white one at all.
Dabs was saying he had a drive in one at WheelQuick recently and it wasn't at all wallowy on corners like you might expect.![]()
Yes, that calm, misty dawn was too good an opportunity to miss, some very moody & atmospheric shots. I took loads you know![]()

The site could be good, it has a huge rally-field but due to the fire they'd recently had there were only a few electric pitches. The facilities were sparse to say the least, only one WC for everyone unless you used the bogs in the pub (when open) and we got thrown out of the pub because they needed the tables for pre-booked meals. So although they accepted most of us for free and undoubtedly hoped to make money from our custom in the pub, they scuppered that plan themselves by not being able to accommodate.
But, it was a free camping weekend and we enjoyed it.
