So about 14psi looks normal. Fitting should be dead simple. Split and run an additional bit of small gauge pipe from the actuator (using a T-piece) to the gauge. Boost should start building from 1500rpm and peak around 3k I would say.

Have you tried driving it with the air inlet to the turbo removed? That would eliminate any induction blockage - just don't drive it for long that way.................

IS the valve timing ok? They will run a tooth out but feel flat.

Sorry to hear that?

Injector pump shaft seal? Happened to mine, but only about £100 to get sorted.

well i hope it is that i think they got there work cut out with this one but they seem to know there stuff.

Hip Hip horray bongos better than. Thanks to ADS Bristol. It was the turbo after all. So shes driving like a dream. Also thanks for all the replies. TTFN.
