Must have been looking in a red cocktail tinted mirror and got pants on back to front so F is where B should be and vice versa.

Result: ended up on FB instead of BF.

Hopefully end up on here for good advice if/when pieces need picking up. [-o<

Its this one http://www.facebook.com/groups/25290557 ... 101685733/
Looks like a friend bid on her behalf, but he's from the motor trade so that's all right then ;-)
No mention of a deposit that I can see ....

It's all getting a fraught on FB by the look of things. Lots of very disappointed folk there and the photos show a vehicle that is clearly unroadworthy.

He's excelled himself this time. Sold the same Bongo, the black one, to two different people at the same time. One has paid a deposit, the other was waiting to see it later today. He has sent one an message saying he has to go to Cornwall for a family bereavement, as they were both due to pick it up at the same place and the same time.

The full story is on FB.

The unroadworthy one was another satisfied customer who actually did get her money back with much threatening. It was immediately re listed and sold again.

I am very surprised in this day and age anyone parts with any money before seeing anything, however well protected they might feel they are on ebay/paypal, which is surprisingly little if you ever have to try going down that route.
