I think they run a just turn up policy and I've no idea how many vans we could fit on the site (1 acre) my husband seems to think that we should all be ok - the last time I was there there were several campers, converted trucks & buses but on the whole the site was filled with tents!

I'm a newbie to this but I'm sure you've got someones number that you could call if you wanted to ....

Is the lamb still on or shall we bring stuff suitable for Dorothy barbeque?

Lambs Spit roast is on. I think if people just bring salads/ Alcohol.that should do it we can warm ourselves around the coals /wood latter but i think "Dorothy" would be welcome as well . W e need the atlantic High to move up more for chance at some good weather. Fingers crossed

I make my own bread - I think some onion Bread & Tomato and Galrlic will be in order!
Hope Dorothy is still on the agenda!

Dorothy is raring to go eager to make new friends & I'll bring a pile of wood to keep her going, if anyone's got any gazebo's we can strap together in case of inclement weather, it may be a good idea.

On the shelter front might i suggest i park at the very end off the park, (you notice it narrows). And with a couple of wind brakers spit roast and Dorothy going . Plus canopys we should get some shelter. Is it my imagination or is dorothy a converted washing machine drum Mind you i can talk you wait till you see my home made spit roaster

funny that cos i been on that program . As long as we have laff who cares. Think this could be a fun gathering prehaps next summer. we could combine.Dorothy/scrap heap spit roast and------------- Fancy dress. I am of to the garage

I know just typical my shift pattern gets in the way of loads of things / meets I missed Looe as well this year - I just cannot win - roll on retirement so I can do what I want to !!!!

I then won't be able to afford to run a vehicle at all - if fossile fuel is still around then and we haven't used it all up.
