He makes it a condition that anybody who bids on his Bongos is required to pay a cash deposit if they win. Refuses PayPal or credit card. Refuses to give out details without this cash. Only part of the whole set up. Also something very dubious with eBay, as there is no financial evidence that the transaction has ever completed.

So how can he accept cash only until you are at his door?
He will upset the wrong person one day

Answer a money transfer service, such as Western Union or a bank transfer. There a lot of ways to do this.
A lot of people would laugh if HMRC caught up with him

This Mr shayat has chosen his market very well knowing that most of the people who own a bingo are very chilled out kinda people, our age, access to money, lawful people, he knows what kind of people are looking for a bongo (lambs to the slaughter) he WILL come a cross a rogue bongolier one day, it's just a matter of time

I wouldn't like to be living in his shoes always looking over your shoulder? His wife is in on it as well and her brother? A right little firm! I was dealing with both of them on a bongo when I first started looking for one, I was talking to him nearly every day for a week, and then his wife took over? I was all excited after seeing the quality of his bongos? Something in my head pinged the next day after looking back through listings on eBay, summat just wasn't right about him, he knew I had 5k to spend but stopped answering the fone

. Well to cut a long story short, I'm so glad he did, it was like he didn't want my money?? He actually saved me a few quid

Therefore if your looking on here and thinking of buying a bongo then you must Beware of Mr hayat

. He's not bongo friendly

Cab ova pete - I went to look at one of his on a 3 day auction. It looked OK from the pics on eBay, but once I started looking closely it was fit only for spares. However, according to him it was a lovely vehicle previously owned by a doctor.
Advertised as 4wd, and carrying 4wd stickers, it had no front diff. The paint was in 2 very slightly different shades of green and my bit of fridge magnet told me the arches were mostly filler. A look underneath it showed rust had really taken hold and substantial welding would have been needed very soon. The colour of the water in the header tank indicated a recent boil up and I didn't bother driving it!
He has already threatened a respected member on here with physical harm and I agree with you - one day he is going to upset the wrong person and end up spitting out teeth.

Was about to post this one. He seems to be taking evasive action. Mini center lease sold as of 12 May to a woman who has no knowledge of him.
Looks like this was at least the third sale of the black Bongo. £250 a time. Beats actually selling it. Another happy customer on FB today.

Hi Helen
Yes it is Anna Queshi is his wife. Confirmed by several people who bought their Bongo off him. Rats deserting?
Just advised a girl who was due to collect a purchase off him not to. If he has transferred the premises he could have transferred the stock. Anyone could own it and she could find she has not paid the legal owner. In that case you could loose both money and Bongo.

Hi folks,
Just a quick thought - would it be possible for the mods to alter the title of this thread so the name is omitted? As it stands at the moment somebody who doesn't know what is going on could look at the thread and not realise that he has several aliases.
Mark Elvin - it was actually you I was referring to, but I didn't want to name you.
Cheers
Peter

Big P, well it's all coming out now

. Why oh why did it take so long?

well Pete it must have been doctor who owned the bongo before hayat? hopefully some solidarity will finally stop him,he's a tyrant

I feel sorry for those honest bongo dealers down there in Bristol!

. I think that would have been nipped in the bud if it was happening up here!

good luck to those affected by him and hopefully good rid dens to him!

Ah OK, you threw me with the "a respected member" line, not been around on here long enough to have earned respect.
