If anyone has fitted one of these in their Bongo please let me know how you got on as i've just bought one and any advice pics anything would be very handy

There has been a plethora of posts on the subject of Bongo Cruise Control.
I think the consensus was that it is not worth the bother.
It also requires a lot of faffing around to get a vacuum supply (can one actually get a vacuum supply, seems an oxymoron to me).
A search of the forum should (yeh right) reveal all.

I have installed one of these & it works very well. In fact you dont use half the kit as the speed feed is taken from the dashboard (so no messing with magnets & driveshafts) & being an automatic gearbox, you dont have to fit the switch for a clutch.
Took about half a day to do & that included taking some pictures for a factsheet. If anyone wants a copy of this (its only a draft version, so it's mainly pictures with some basic text), please send me a pm & I'll email a copy (3Mb Word doc).
